Privacy Policy
This policy explains what TerranceAddison.com collects, why it is collected, where it is sent, and the choices available to you.
Effective September 3, 2026
Information you choose to provide
The contact form collects your name, work email, business or organization, description of your growth goal or problem, and any growth outcome or website information you choose to provide. The form separately captures campaign parameters and the original landing page when available. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information.
Why it is collected
Contact information is used to receive and evaluate your inquiry, send a receipt confirmation, respond to you, prevent abuse, and maintain an appropriate business record. Campaign and landing-page information is used to understand which outreach led to an inquiry. Form content is not used for advertising and is not sent to analytics.
Where information is sent
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to Amazon Web Services in the United States. Amazon API Gateway receives the request, AWS Lambda validates it, Amazon DynamoDB stores the inquiry and short-lived rate-limit records, and Amazon Simple Email Service sends the notification and receipt confirmation. If an email attempt fails, Amazon Simple Queue Service temporarily holds the delivery job for retry. Zoho Mail receives the owner notification in the approved Terrance Addison inbox. These providers process information to operate the form and business email.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are configured to expire after approximately one year. Short-lived, one-way source-address hashes used for rate limiting expire after approximately two days. DynamoDB point-in-time recovery may retain a recoverable copy for up to 35 days after a live record expires. A failed email delivery job may remain in a retry queue for up to one day and, after repeated failure, in a restricted dead-letter queue for up to four days. Email copies do not have an automatic expiration and may remain in the relevant mailboxes until manually deleted or no longer needed for the inquiry or business record. Stored inquiry and queue records use encryption at rest. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It may set cookies or use similar browser storage and receives page paths, interaction events, general device information, and acquisition information. It does not receive names, email addresses, company names, or message text from this site. Event-level analytics data follows the retention period configured for the Google Analytics property, while aggregated reports may remain available longer. The site also uses local browser storage to remember your analytics choice and session storage to preserve an original landing page for a contact inquiry. You can reopen Cookie choices in the footer at any time; declining stops future analytics events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site.
Your choices
You may decline analytics without losing access to the site or contact form. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to your inquiry. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, or business records.
