I help leaders assess where AI, automation, or better-connected systems could improve service, create capacity, or support new revenue. A simpler tool or process change may be the better choice.
We compare value, cost, data needs, and who will own the work. A small test, human review where needed, and clear measures help decide whether to continue.
Any recommendation or delivery work would be defined together in a separate agreement.
