I'm Terrance Addison. My career spans software engineering, enterprise architecture, and technology strategy.
I help business leaders connect technology decisions to growth, efficiency, and reduced risk. That starts with understanding the business, then weighing practical investments and the results they should produce.
My experience spans financial services, healthcare, energy, government, and technology consulting. I've built and modernized business-critical software and connected systems, data, and workflows. That includes work in complex, regulated environments.
Experience in practice.
Connecting systems. I designed services to share information between systems and reduce repeated data entry. Before a platform change, I assessed which systems and teams would be affected.
Modernizing platforms and ways of working. I led efforts to move legacy systems to managed cloud services. I also helped my development team use AI to generate code.
I also serve as Chief Technology Officer of the Willie J. Bradley, Jr. Foundation (opens in a new tab), which supports scholarships and educational opportunity. This role brings another perspective to my work with organizations making practical technology decisions.
