TERRANCE ADDISONEnterprise Trust Architecture

About

I spent my career helping enterprises change.

Enterprise Trust Architecture grew from seeing what change repeatedly leaves behind.

Terrance Addison

My work has crossed enterprise architecture, application modernization, cloud, integration, automation, data, and AI, from software engineering in the late 1990s through principal roles in energy, healthcare, and government, to solution architecture for regulated financial operations where systems manage multi-billion-dollar portfolios.

Across those efforts I kept meeting the same problem: organizations adopt new technology faster than they can preserve knowledge, clarify authority, produce evidence, manage dependencies, or explain how important decisions get made.

Enterprise Trust Architecture grew from that observation. It's my attempt to give leaders and architects a durable way to modernize without making the enterprise less understandable or governable. On this site I teach the ideas, questions, and patterns behind the method.

Three principles

Modernization should increase understanding, not destroy it.

Every transformation should produce reusable enterprise context.

Trust is built through architecture and operation, not asserted through policy.
